Directives

01 General Policy

We deal in volatile digital game credits. Once credits are transmitted to a Player ID, the operation is irreversible within the game ecosystem.

02 Authorized Refunds

Reclamations are only evaluated if:

• The asset was out of stock at time of payment.
• Technical grid failure prevented order processing.
• Delivery exceed 24 standard earth hours.

03 Nullification Grounds

Refunds are void if:

• You provided an incorrect User/Server ID.
• The asset has already been successfully bound.
• User remorse after transaction completion.

04 Resolution Time

Approved reclamations will be processed within 5-7 solar cycles back to the original source.
